Our Rent collection cost is 7% of rental income plus £399 set up fee.

This includes:

• Tenant referencing

• Marketing the property and advertise

• Advice on refurbishment requirements

• Guidance on compliance with statutory provisions and letting consents.

• Demand, collect and remit the monthly rent.

• Rent review and negotiations

• Arrangement payments for statutory requirements

• Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears.

Our Fully managed service cost is 8% of rental income plus £399 set up fee. (1st free EICR offer included)
